We are glad to inform you that yesterday, July 29th 2010, our Company has been converted in Public Limited Company, assuming the new business name Simem S.p.A.. In the meantime, the share capital has been raised to 5 millions Euro. The registered office has been transferred from Via Ronchi 44 to Viale dell’Industria 24, at the new prestigious headquarters building which has been completed during the last year.  [CONTINUE]

SIMEM realized the total solidification-stabilization plant "revamping" at Teseco multifunctional platform (Pisa). On December 23, 2009 SIMEM was awarded the prestigious honor to provide the batching and mixing plants needed to construct one of the largest and most important engineering works ever planned: the widening of the Panama Canal through the construction of a new system of locks.
